Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you answer a questionnaire we record which of your brains you selected, the questions you submitted, and the answers produced (each with its confidence flag and a citation pointer to the brain page it came from). Every grounded answer is also saved to your Answer Bank so it can be reused on future questionnaires.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you generate. Every project and answer belongs to the account that made it.

Where data lives

Application data (projects, questions, answers, the Answer Bank, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — RFP Studio reads it at answer time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources. CSV and DOCX exports are generated on demand and never stored.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Your brain content

Answers are generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — RFP Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a project deletes its questions and answers; your Answer Bank and your brain on ounie.com are untouched (delete bank entries individually).

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
